San-tron offers miniature, flexible, thermoplastic jacketed microwave/RF cable assemblies for applications where flexibility and electrical isolation of the outer conductor is desired.
These cable assemblies are offered in the same sizes as our semi-rigid and formable cable assemblies; .047”, .086” and .141” outer diameter. They are rated up to 67 GHz, 50 GHz and 26.5 GHz respectively.
Our standard miniature, flexible microwave/RF cable construction has a silver-plated copper center conductor, a PTFE dielectric, a silver-plated copper strip inner shield, a silver-plated copper wire braid outer shield and a FEP outer jacket.
Miniature, flexible microwave/RF cables are available in a variety of high performance, precision connector series; SMA, 2.92mm, 2.4mm, 1.85mm, SMP and SMPM.
