San-tron offers a number of C, SC, HN, LC, MHV and SHV Series connectors for high-voltage & power applications. 

 

High Voltage & Power

C and SC RF and microwave coaxial connectors are suitable for power transmission up to 2500 watts and frequencies from DC to 11 GHz.  C connectors feature a reliable quick-disconnect, bayonet-locking coupling mechanism, while the SC connector employs a threaded, screw-type coupling mechanism. Male and female cable assembly connector models are available in crimp and clamp versions for cables with diameters from 0.350 to 0.450 inches, versions are also available for armored cables and standard cables with diameters from 0.206 to 0.545 inches. Panel-mount receptacles, thread-mount receptacles and adapters are also available.

HN male and female RF and microwave coaxial connectors are available for cables with diameters from 0.195 to 0.945 inches and frequencies from DC to 4 GHz. Designed with a mechanical cable-clamping mechanism, the coaxial connectors can also be supplied with armor clamps for use with armored coaxial cables. 

LC series RF and microwave coaxial connectors are our highest voltage connectors with standard rating of 5000 VRMS and frequencies from DC to 1 GHz. These weatherproof connectors are intended for use with 0.500 to 0.730 inches diameter cables and are designed with dependable, screw-type, cable-clamping mechanisms, including armor clamps for use with armored cables. Versions are available rated to 10,000 VRMS. 

MHV and SHV miniature RF and microwave coaxial connectors offer quick-connect capability and high-voltage transmission. Weatherproof MHV connectors feature a quick-connect, bayonet-locking coupling mechanism while SHV connectors incorporate the added safety feature of outer grounding contacts that mate first, break last. The MHV and SHV connector families are available for cables with diameters from 0.150 to 0.250 inches.  Bulkhead and panel-mounted receptacles are also available. 

All San-tron HN, LC, MHV and SHV Series connectors mate with connectors meeting MIL-STD-348 interfaces.
