San-tron’s high performance, 1.85mm connectors are mode free and deliver low VSWR performance through 65 GHz. Like all San-tron connectors, they are designed and built to the highest standards, delivering rugged dependability and exceptional repeatability

1.85mm   (65 GHz)

The 1.85mm field replaceable connectors are available in 3/8 and 1/2-inch square, 2-hole .550” flange and 2 hole .625” flange configurations for 0.009” launch pin diameter. Other mounting options or launch pin diameters may be made available upon request.

They feature high performance gold-plated beryllium copper contacts, polyetherimide (PEI) capture bead, and rugged 303 stainless steel bodies. The 1.85mm field replaceable connectors may be intermated with 2.4mm cable connectors.

San-tron also offers a variety of standard .009” feed-through accessories, for use with our Field Replaceable connectors.  We can also provide custom launch pins, PTFE insulators and glass to metal feedthroughs for your unique application.
