eSeries high-performance RF coaxial connectors are the ideal solution for flexible cable applications where numerous flexures may occur and signal transmission quality is vital.  eSeries connectors provide a 50-ohm constant impedance under flexure and a flat, predictable broadband VSWR performance.

eSeries coaxial connectors have an extended ferrule designed to protect a common failure point at the solder-wick line when cables are flexed repeatedly. To solve another common problem of brass coupling nuts "walking off," these connectors also feature a new, failure-proof coupling nut. 

Internally, eSeries coaxial connectors have a solder-free, “easy-style”, captivated center contact and a solder-damming positive cable stop.  The positive cable stop assists the cable-assembly technician to consistently drive the cable into an exact position for soldering. They’re designed to assemble perfectly with San-tron's SRX-141 flexible cable.

eSeries connectors are weatherproof and are currently available in SMA, Type N, 7/16, and TNC styles. Low PIM models are also available with specialized plating.

pSeries IP68 Rated RF Coaxial Connectors, the O-ring-less Solution

Immersible coaxial connectors are vital when water pressure may be maintained for extended periods and environment protection is required, such as in agriculture, aviation, and marine applications. These applications may also require sealing against moisture and other contaminates. To create a pressure seal, most immersible coaxial connectors use internal O rings that may fail over time. Until now.

San-tron's innovative pSeries immersible coaxial connectors have low-loss, high-stability performance and provide a pressure seal per MIL-STD 202 Method 212, Condition D (+125º C flourocarbon leak), test conditions. They have been ingeniously designed with extremely tight tolerances and unique construction to achieve pressure seals without any O-rings. These connectors' seal integrity, in fact, exceeds 10-5 cm3/s when tested under 30 psi pressure of alcohol per STI 8.2.4-13. A proprietary insulator material also offers five times more thermal stability than standard PTFE insulators found in other immersible connectors.

pSeries connectors are currently available for Type-N, SMA, S292, S350, MMCX and TNC product series and, upon request, pSeries construction can be incorporated into almost any RF Coaxial connector series.

SRX Series cable assemblies and adapters provide intermodulation performance as low as -168 dBc with an eSeries 7/16 connector terminated on flexible-141 cable. Minimum typical performance across our lineup of cable assemblies is -158 dBc. 

SRX Series cable assemblies are phase and attenuation stable, provide excellent shielding and support UL/NEC Plenum-class CMP.  They are also corrosion resistant, low in weight, and highly flexible. SRX cable assemblies come in variety of in-cabinet, jumper, and long-haul styles, and in many cases are plenum-rated for fire retardation which is commonly required of in-building wireless or distributed antenna systems (DAS).
